If you’ve visited Living Life Graciously lately, you may have noticed that things look a little different around here.
We’ve been making changes, moving things around, adding new pieces, and creating a space that feels more like us. And while I’m excited about the new look of the website and the growing shop, I keep coming back to something much more important than colors, photographs, products, or pages.
Why are we here in the first place?
Living Life Graciously has always been about more than the things we create. At its heart, it is about learning to recognize the grace of God in our everyday lives—and allowing that gratitude to change the way we live.
Looking for the Little Things
Life moves quickly.
There are appointments to keep, work to finish, laundry to fold, meals to prepare, people who need us, worries that occupy our thoughts, and days when simply getting through everything feels like an accomplishment.
And somewhere in the middle of all that busyness, it can be easy to overlook the blessings that are quietly surrounding us.
A cup of coffee in the stillness of the morning.
Sunlight coming through the window.
A phone call from someone we love.
Laughter around the table.
A Scripture that speaks directly to our heart when we need it most.
An answered prayer.
And sometimes, even an unanswered prayer that God eventually allows us to understand differently.
These things may seem small, but I’m learning more and more that a grateful life is built by noticing the small things.
Not because every day is easy.
Not because everything goes the way we hoped.
And certainly not because life is perfect.
But because even in the difficult seasons, there are glimpses of God’s goodness if we are willing to look for them.
Gratitude Changes the Way We See
Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending the hard things aren’t hard.
It means choosing to look for God in the middle of them.
Some days, gratitude comes easily. Other days, we have to search for it.
But the more intentionally we look for something to be grateful for, the more we begin to notice.
We begin to see blessings we once hurried past.
We recognize moments we might have taken for granted.
We become more aware of the people God has placed in our lives.
And slowly, gratitude begins to change our perspective.
That is the kind of life I want to live.
Not a perfect life.
A grateful one.
A New Chapter for Living Life Graciously
That same heart is behind the changes you’re seeing on our website.
I wanted Living Life Graciously to feel less like a collection of pages and more like a place where you can come and be encouraged—a place that reminds you to slow down, breathe in God’s goodness, and carry His grace with you into your everyday life.
You’ll also notice our shop growing.
Every Bible, handcrafted journal, Scripture piece, Bible tip-in, gift, and item we add has been chosen or created with purpose. My hope is that these aren’t simply things, but reminders—reminders of Scripture, prayer, gratitude, grace, and the goodness of God.
Something sitting on your kitchen counter can remind you of His Word.
A journal can hold prayers you may one day look back on and realize He answered.
A Bible can become a treasured record of years spent walking with Him.
Even a gift given to someone we love can simply say, I see you. I appreciate you. You matter to me.
That is what I want this little corner of the internet to be about.

Look for something to be grateful for every single day.
Maybe today it’s something big.
Maybe it’s something so ordinary that no one else would even notice it.
Write it down.
Thank God for it.
Tell someone you appreciate them.
And tomorrow, look again.
Because I believe something beautiful happens when we begin looking for God’s goodness—we start finding it in places we never noticed before.
And the more grateful we become for the grace we’ve been given, the more graciously we can love the people around us.
That is the heart behind Living Life Graciously.
It always has been.
And no matter how much this website changes or how much this little business grows, I pray that part never does.
