So are you wondering what does LLG mean? Where did it come from? Well here is a little story for you. My sister passed away in 2009 at the age of 43 of a heart aneurysm. One of the hardest things I have ever went through – and if I am honest with myself, still go through on a daily basis.

I have always wanted to do something to honor her, so I took her initials and created Living Life Graciously – LLG. I want it to be something that helps others. I want it to be something that makes a difference in this crazy world we live in.

Many days I sit here and think about her and what it was like having a sister, and often times I think about how do I do the “adult” things without her? But just as I designed LLG – I want to take those feelings and help others who need it. I want us to create a movement where we all look at what we have and how we got here and how we can help others to live and grow in gratitude.

I am so thankful for all that I have in this world. I want us to understand our circumstances and strive really hard to create better outcomes, better environments. We each have a choice in how we respond to the hatred that is flowing within our own circles and how we can eliminate it. Our actions can either spiral into sustaining the negativity, or it can blossom into creating positivity. It’s your choice.

Let’s take LLG to the next level. As Scott D. Henry would say, we can “be better.”
